Mr. Nin oversees the day to day operations of Under Power Corporation.  With over twenty years of experience in management and operations functions, he has been president of the company since 1993.

Mr. Perez is responsible for the overall administration of contracts and overseeing the construction of all signalization and lighting systems.  With over fifteen years of experience in engineering, construction, and project inspection, he has extensive knowledge and project management skills.

Mr. Perez holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia.
